Although BrandLocked Legal is based in New York, we can represent clients located anywhere in the United States in trademark matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). We also represent international businesses and entrepreneurs seeking to register and protect their trademarks in the United States.

MEET ADELINA
Adelina Graham is a New York attorney and founder of BrandLocked Legal, a boutique trademark, brand protection, and business law firm dedicated to helping businesses build, protect, and grow with confidence. Since being admitted to the New York Bar in 2010, Adelina has built a strong reputation for providing strategic, client-focused legal counsel with professionalism, integrity, and tenacity.
Her practice focuses on trademark and brand protection, business formation, and contract drafting. She assists entrepreneurs, creators, and businesses with trademark registration, brand strategy, portfolio management, monitoring, and intellectual property protection. She also helps clients establish the proper legal foundation for their businesses and drafts the contracts and agreements they need to protect their interests, manage business relationships, and support continued growth.
With a proactive and strategic approach, Adelina guides clients through every stage of the business and brand-building process, from forming a business and clearing trademarks before launch to protecting intellectual property, documenting key relationships, and managing valuable brand assets as the business grows.
